The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location! So easy to find and comes with parking. The apartment is so comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to everything! Lots of exceptional food places below or around the apartment block.

“Fantastic well equipped central apartment”
We often stay in short term rented apartments in Christchurch, including others at Wells Street. As a 1 bed apartment this one was by far the best we have stayed at in that price range. Excellent on all counts thanks

Great property in a central location - check in instructions were super clear and it was easy to get into the property. Property had all of the facilities you could need and parking close by which was great.
