Right on the great Dover beach with free beach loungers provided but you pay US$5 for an umbrella per day. Rooms are comfortable with good bathrooms a massive king-size bed and sea views on the beach side room we had. Breakfast was included in our room rate and we got a separate breakfast meal plan menu with 5 or 6 choices including one coffee/tea and one juice each. If you choose off the main menu you will be charged per item. So be aware! There is some noise on some nights from the surrounding bars etc. it didn't bother us but maybe not for anyone who wants a quiet time. A good selection of restaurants and bars are right on the doorstep in the Gap, from cheap good local fare to top end dining to suit all budgets. In summary a good hotel in a great location, with good facilities at an excellent price, recommended for couples or families alike.

Located on the Land side of the property. This room overlooks the swimming pool and has a private bedroom with a queen bed, plus an en suite bathroom with a large shower. There is a queen bed in the living area, and the suite also boasts free WiFi, ironing facilities, a work desk and an iPod docking station. It is totally air-conditioned. All room feature showers.
Standard Oceanside
Located on the sea-side of the complex, this room has a spacious balcony or patio overlooking the central courtyard and the mini pool. Some of these rooms feature Dover Beach views. Ocean views are not guaranteed. Rooms also feature locally designed and crafted wooden furniture. All come with air conditioning, cable TV, free WiFi, phone and a safe. There is a coffee maker, mini fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, plus iPod docking station with alarm clock and radio and daily housekeeping service. All rooms feature showers.
