“Quiet, lovely beach apartment”

The apartment is super clean, every day someone empties trash, cleans up, checks the toilet paper. Every 2 days the sheets and towels were changed, sheets were superbly white, clean, fresh. The view is beautiful, looking to the beach and the sunrise. Staff is so helpful, nice, they even let me use their office for better WiFi for my work meeting. There are no cooking facilities in the apartment, onky a kettle and a fridge but breakfast is offered (additional cost) and there are several fantastic restaurants near by (walking distance), The apartments are on the hill, just as the pictures show so this means that you have some steps (may be challenging for elderly) down to the beach. There are no beds or umbrellas but the sea is super clean, beach is sandy and you can grab some natural shade of the rocks and trees. If you want piece and quiet, lovely clean apartment with great view and don"t mind a bit of uphill/downhill walk (I am talking few minutes) then this is a perfect spot. I would definitely recommend it!

Everything was fine. We did not move the car at all (for a 3 night accomodation). In this case you can go to the beach (Parisaina beach) directly under the rooms by a steep stone staircase, or to the main Chorefto beach walking downhill for about 100m, or even 400m for the free deck chairs. Whatever you choose there is no need to move your car unless you visit another village's beach. Each solution is perfect. The rooms have wonderful views (we stayed in a double room, upper floor). Very clean, with all the necessary amenities and the working staff were the best.

Location, privacy, closeness to the beach

Awesome location. The apartments on the top of the hill has the most wonderful view. Room was nice and clean, had everything we need. Staff was very friendly. Beaches are in two minutes walk. I would recommend it.

The hotel was in an excellent location, secluded and nestled between greenery and trees. On top of that it had an amazing sea view, as it was located almost on the beach, you only had to walk some steep steps to reach it. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend it and If I go again to this area I will definitely choose this hotel again.

It was a wonderful time in a wonderful place, with really accommodating persons.

“Beautiful family getaway to reconnect with the green nature and the softness of the sea.”

It's a small complex with few apartments and that gives it a cozy and intimate touch. The staff is pleasant and always helpful. Our apartment was cleaned on a daily basis. The balcony was so close to the sea you could hear the waves and enjoy the sea view, combined with the vast and beautiful greenery. And the fact that it had a direct access to the beach through some scenic path was a great bonus and enjoyment for the whole family.

“Fantastic sea view, very quiet and green”

The location at the very end of the village is absolutely fantastic. No cars, only the sound of the sea and the waves that you can hear in the night even when you close the windows. All around the hotel there are trees and greenery. The balcony with the sea view is unbeatable.

“Quiet location right above a beautiful beach”

The location is very quiet, a 5-10 min walk from Chorefto town, where there's multiple bars and restaurants. The hotel is right above a beautiful beach with clean water, which you can access via short stairs/path (not suitable for people with mobility issues, strollers etc.). The staff is friendly, the place is kept very clean with daily cleaning and fresh towels every second day. The WiFi in the studio was strong enough even for a video call or for streaming TV shows (we were the only guests there for most of our stay, so not much demand for WiFi).

“Beautiful little hotel, quiet and comfy”

I really enjoyed my stay at Balkoni. The location is excellent. I could can literally hear the waves crushing from my bed. Very clean, very kind stuff and the beach is like 2 min walking. There's so much green around and on the property too. I would definitely go back.

Great location and excellent facilities and staff

Our accommodation featured a lovely terrace with great sea views and a private entrance. The apartment was spacious and had great air conditioning and strong wifi. The property was pet friendly which was a great plus for us. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly and kept checking if we needed anything like clean towels and sheets. Close to a great beach. Overall a very relaxing holiday. We also had to leave one day earlier and they deducted the amount for the day from the overall cost. Within reasonable walking distance from many restaurants and cafès.

Amazing location, quiet and peaceful, with amazing sea view. The room was well equipped with kitchen facilities. The towels and bed sheets wee changed regularly and the staff was very kind. We travelled as couple and would fully recommend this beautiful property.

The location was amazing ,Crystal clear sea,fantastic beach right below the property,just few steps ,quite few but nothing difficult.The receptionist lady was very nice smiley and helpful and cleaner as well.The accomodation was perfectly clean and spacious,Lovely balcony terrace seating with a nice sea view.Just a short walk to the local street parade with shops and taverns.Kitchen was reasonably well equipped with a cofeemachine ,owen hob and fridge.It is a good to have a car to move around. The roads are very steep with a lots of sharp turns ,so drive carefuly.Just a comfort property,we had a memorable stay ,thank you.
