“Good overnight stay after late night flight”

We stayed for just one night after a late night flight, and arrived about midnight. The host had everything ready for us, including cold soft drinks in the fridge and bottle of Raki. That was very welcome. Minimum fuss on the entry and when leaving. Perfect for what we needed.

What a lovely family apartment. We all felt so at home as soon as we arrived. Spacious sitting room with beautiful view. Comfortable bedrooms, large outside terrace. Gated so the young children were safe. Great swimming pool. One night was not enough.

A special place with a glorious pool. Particularly good for proximity to airport. Aleca is a kind and friendly person. It was easy to ask for taxis to and from the airport and know they would be there. She was also super generous to give us a late checkout on our departure day as it was end of season. We were able to relax by the pool all day and still have the use of our apartment. There is a mini supermarket 10 mins walk away, also a good taverna. And a beach about 15 mins walk in the other direction We will be back

Family run apartments. Well looked after. We met Aleca and her son Michalis. Both really lovely people. The apartment had a feel of being practical but also loved and cared for. Reviews in the visitor book for our apartment were all glowing, with people returning for over 30 years!! Lovely pool. Sparkling clean.

The warm welcome from Michalis. The clean and tidy apartment was spacious and really nice with traditional decor. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely location with a coffee shop close by and Taverna Irine 10 min walk with lovely food.

The property is run by a family that live on the premises in a private accommodation. There are 6 villas up and down with a large pool. The property sits on a hill above Kalathas Beach and has breathtaking views. It is a safe, clean resort. The staff are always available in case you need help. The kitchen is fully equipped. “A nice apartment but there is noise from planes”

We only stayed one night and arrived late as our flight was delayed. The apartment was nice and everything was well maintained,

Aleca was very communicative and could not have been more helpful. The pool and gardens were beautiful and immaculately kept. The appartment was cosy, but very clean and gave us everything that we needed for our short stay. Amazing coffee and pastries a 2 min stroll away. Nearby beach also walkable, but no pavement!

Amazing view, peaceful area, and a perfect pool to relax. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped so clean you could eat off the floor. The host is a truly kind and welcoming lady, and we even found a lovely surprise in the fridge on arrival. The beach is 7–10 minutes' walk, and downtown Chania is just a 15-minute drive. There’s also a great local taverna about 700 meters away. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

It was perfect!! Michalis and his family were very helpful during our stay and the apartment was so spacious and extremely clean!! Needless to say, if toy are a lover of vintage architecture and decor you will love the apartment as it is like stepping back in 1960s. As a family of five, we stayed there only for one night before our departure, since the airport is very close. What a shame that we didn't stay longer. The pool also was perfect. There is a lovely beach only file 3 minutes by car, and also a great taverna that Michalis suggested "Irene" also like 3 minutes by car. Next time that we will visit Crete we will choose this apartments for the whole of our stay and not only for one night. Truly truly recommending this!!! Thanks
