We had the most enjoyable stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The balcony with a view of the Church of the Virgin Mary was a nice touch. Room service was excellent, and the reception lady was very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool it was very refreshing too!

“A magical stay in beautiful Folegandros”

From the moment we walked in we were struck by the warmth, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We had a lovely little room with a fabulous view of the monastery on top of the hill. The location was great in that it was right on the edge of the village so a quick and easy walk into town whilst also being easy for car parking. If we are ever lucky enough to come to this beautiful island again, we will be staying at the Kallisti Hotel. We just loved the whole experience and were very sad to leave.

This small (13 rooms) hotel is just fabulous. A 2 minute walk into the old village (Chora) which offers a good choice of restaurants, and superb views to Panagia church (famous in all pix of folegandros!). The owner (Manika) is truly delightful and Adrianna the receptionist is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed for hiking with many old goat tracks to neighbouring beaches and over to the port. The hotel arranged a complimentary transfer from the port for us as soon as we had paid our full balance - a nice bonus!

Great location close enough for a short walk to Chora, but far enough to be quiet. Pool was nice to have. Staff was very nice.

The staff were super nice and genuinely caring — they gave great recommendations and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the centre of Chora, making it easy to explore the little streets and enjoy dinner nearby. The swimming pool is small but clean and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The free transfer from the port to the hotel and back was such a nice surprise: excellent service, especially considering that in most other islands there’s usually a fee. I would definitely recommend it!

Kallisti is a lovely hotel. Superb staff, very nice garden that’s pristine and immaculately kept. Do not hesitate to book. You will be very well looked after. Excellent value for money!

The hotel is located close to the main entrance of Chora, the biggest village of the lovely Folegandros. The room was a bit basic but had great views of the main church. The French owner of the hotel is really nice, friendly and professional, great service!

“Friendly find in Folegandros”

We loved our stay here. The lady owner and Nikos were so lovely and extremely helpful. You can see how much they want everyone to enjoy their stay. The hotel is at edge of chora so not far to walk to restaurants etc. Great swimming pool and the room was airy and bright. Hope really we will have the pleasure of staying here again.

Stunning and very well kept hotel just a minute’s walk from the most beautiful Chora! Malika and Nikos together with all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out if their way to make us feel at home. The hotel and grounds are in top condition and we were so glad that we choose this hotel! We can 100% recommend Kallisti Hotel.

“Stunning Island, Lovely hotel, great location and fantastic service”

Fantastic location ( 5 mins walk from village centre) on a stunning Island. The hotel was perfect for our requirements. The room was a good size for a 3 night stay . The pool although not that big was great. The onwer and staff were lovely and very helpful. All the facilities were great, not luxurious, but still of a high standard. Breakfast was great and good value and hot food was freshly prepared. All in a great stay in a lovely location and when we come back we will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we stepped into the vehicle sent to collect us from the port, we were treated with courtesy, friendliness and with every attention to detail. The hotel is very chic and decorated in a traditional and stylish way, and so small, it has a feel of a private villa. Nowhere is ever too crowded. The pool is delightful and there are comfortable sun loungers with pool towels provided. The manager, Nikos, is very informative and interesting and helped with booking restaurants. Our room was a triple one and extremely spacious, with a stunning view of the Panagia on the mountainside with its zig zag white pathway; the colours as the sun set were beautiful. We would return in a heartbeat.
