The place is incredible. You felt at home. I want to come back. We received very good infirmation and advices about this magical island. The host was very kind, helpfull and very very generous.

We loved everything about the property run by a lovely couple Theo and Aneti supported by friendly cleaners. . Our preferred location, just outside town and with a 'hamlet' atmosphere. Lovely views. Very comfortable large bed.

Theo and his team are very welcoming and work hard to ensure that Ampolos is a great place to stay. The setting is lovely with good views over the chora towards the church of Panagia and the grounds are well laid out with interesting individual touches which really make a difference. The staff are great and the whole site is clean and relaxing. The rooms are tasteful and the beds are comfortable.

Most comfortable beds on Folegandros, maybe even the whole of Greece! Theo is a wonderful host, super-friendly and will do anything for you including racing top-speed down to the port if you've left it a little late for your ferry :) My room was charming, spacious and spotless, the big balcony caught the morning sun and had a tremendous view of the zig-zag path up to Panagia church. Friendly cats kept me company and the pool is as good as it looks in the photos with breathtaking views across to Hora and up to the church. Never sampled the on-site breakfasts, but a superb bakery is 5 mins walk away with the best spinach pies and coffee on the island!

Our king bed room was spacious and the private courtyard good. The pool was good and the breakfast excellent . Theo and Areti were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice and cosy traditional (The Cyclades!! = white/blue/warm colours) accomodation, great pool, fantastic view out of the windows, as well as from the pool - over Chora (the main village) and the Church of Panagia, fridge, TV (you do not need TV = you have so many other choices/options to "stare" at - the pool, Chora, the church - by day/by night, just enjoy the peace of the place). Easy and relaxing place in order to absolutely calm down, the very nice and kind, always smiling and ready-to-provide-you-all-the-services, owners. Possibility to order breakfast / or just coffe - fresh orange juice - to enjoy your morning. 5 minutes walk to the main place/square Chora (plenty of choices - food/markets/souvenir shops- whatever you wish). One of the greatest place in the world we have ever been!! Highly reccomended to everyone! I could go-on and go.on... = simply: GO!! Beata and Dimitris
