Great location, breakfast was quite good, we have used gym - there is cold water and towels provided, personal was quite helpful despite of language barrier, room bright and clean, with comfortable bed.

Convenient location Professional and friendly staff including breakfast staff who allowed me to take away food for my son who was sick and couldn't come down to breakfast in time. Check-in process was smooth and out of all the hotels across China we stayed in including Beijing and Shanghai, staff's English here were most proficient which makes things more efficient. There was a group of us and we had the smaller apartment but it was still spacious enough. Very handy to have washing machine with detergent and separate dryer in each room.

“Great hotel, great staff, great location”

The apartment was absolutely great, super spacious with all the necessary amenities and more. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, a little repetitive on the western part, but the Chinese part mostly varied everyday. It's very centrally located, around shopping malls, food places and a walking distance to all the main attractions (remember you'll have a lot of walking up and down in Chongqing so wear comfortable shoes or use Didi). The staff was always very helpful and friendly, they speak a good English so no translation app needed here. They allowed me to an early check in, for which I can't thank them enough as I was over 24h of not sleeping. I've arranged a transfer from the airport with them, rather on the expensive side, a Didi would have probably been cheaper but being for the first in China and very tired, it was very convenient to have the driver waiting for me at the exit and lead me to the parking space. The airport is huge, we did a lot of walking and it can be quite difficult at the beginning to find your bearings. Would definitely come back to this hotel!

We stayed on two occasions, going to Zhangjiajie in between, and enjoyed it both times. It is a new, modern hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean, very comfortable and had plenty of storage. The clothes washing and drying facilities (in the room) were a real plus. The breakfast was also very good offering both western and Asian cuisine. There are restaurants and convenience stores, a supermarket, and a metro station within walking distance.

Actually the best beds and bedding here - we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. Perfectly sized rooms for small families - separate bedroom to living room. Washing machine is a massive plus in China. Friendly staff - particularly the guys at the front door

“Fantastic stay with great service”

The apartment was very spacious at a good location and we were always greeted politely by staffs at the entrance. The breakfast buffet only had a small selection but was very good quality and staffs offered very good service. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

The apartment is off the road in a quiet corner of the street. But it’s still very central with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and happily helped us hail taxis from the main road. There’s a cool artisanal coffee shop right next door too.
