One night stay being close to airport , was unfortunately disappointed with the staff & their lack of ability to communicate & asked several times to book our morning shuttle bus pick up only to arrive at reception early the next morning to find out it wasn't ✔️

“Great hotel in Chongqing”
Fantastic and Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the ambience and the gym was a bonus also. We will be back in the future hopefully.

“Impressive hotel, but needs to work on its language and restaurants”
A beautiful, impressive hotel. Reception hall is grand but still welcoming. The room was very clean with great facilities, there was even a mini tumble dryer in the room.

“good overnight stay near the airport”
very clean and comfy rooms, loved the bath tub and the food delivery robot. easy to arrange efficient shuttle drives to the airport
