“Felt Like Royalty — Warm Hospitality That Made Our Stay Unforgettable”
We had a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay at Oakwood Chongli. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped, complete with a washing machine and even an automated mahjong table, which added a fun and thoughtful touch to our stay. What really stood out was the excellent service from the hotel staff, especially Ada and Polly. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The complimentary chauffeur service to nearby ski resorts and Chongli town was a huge plus — convenient, seamless, and very much appreciated, especially during the winter season. Overall, Oakwood Chongli exceeded our expectations. A perfect choice for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
