“Reasonable price with good location”
Location is superb it's next to industrial estate area which I came for work and there are 7-11, local market, street foods, supermarket. Room is clean and provided sugar soda drink (I didn't take much). There are kettle (no coffee), hair dryer, no room slippers, only 2 hangers.

I searched for accommodation in Pattaya but ended up in chon buri. Middle of nowhere, only stayed one night. Bloody awful. Happy valley no better apart from location. Dirty and rundown

“Worth money to pay and superb location”
Good location, Amenities are quite complete e.g. kettle, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, working desk, room has enough space not too small size, location is great near market in walking distance 7-11 is at the beginning of the alley

“Worth money to pay and superb location”
The location is near market, 7-11 and close to Industrial Estate, there is working table also, Light in room is not too dark so I can work without problem in room. There is hair dryer and snack provided also. The parking lots are enough.

“Excellent quality for the price, with small compromises.”
Excellent value for money all things considered. The room was very clean and all furniture and fittings were of a good quality and maintained to a high standard. The small soi were the hotel is situated was very quiet and peaceful. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Large room, The bed is clean, The bathroom is clean. Same good as a hotel but much less price.
