Nice big room, easy fairly secure parking. Quiet. Location ok so long as you like walking. Little desk and a chair. Convenient bedside power sockets.

“A short but pleasant stay.”
The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a view of the volcano which was a lovely surprise. The bed was comfortable and there was a smart tv, the bathroom had a large shower. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early also. The hotel was very close to everything we wanted to see.

such a comfy and big room it was lovely. clean room everyday. great view of the volcano from our window. big comfy bed. bathroom felt really modern and never stayed damp or steamy. really good value for money would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property. It was really clean and comfortable. staff were very friendly, despite little English. location wise, it’s a 3 min walk to the nearest OXXO and about 10 mins into the centre. Because it’s slightly out of town it means it was quiet. All rooms provide a stunning view of the smoking volcano! I didn’t use the pool but it looked clean enough to me.

“Just what we needed to stay and see Cholula.”
There is an events venue next door and there was a party going on til late at night. We do not mind since it was a Saturday night. It is also located in a good and more affordable part of town. Having safe parking was a plus.
