“Great central location and nice management”
The location is fantastic. Just outside the hotel are the bistros and restaurants on the Zocalo. An even more charming place in the evening. The lady manager is very friendly and helpful.

“Good for the price, nice breakfast options and location”
- Very well located to discover Cholula. - Friendly and helpful staff. - General amenities were good for the price paid. - The breakfast included in the payment was actually ok for the price - it included a juice, a main dish, and coffee. And for hotel guests there was a very good discounted price for the buffet. - Although it didn't have air conditioner, it had a nice fan in the ceiling.

“wouldn't recommend”
the bed sheet was dirty with a blood stain. personal was kind of unflexible regarding the breakfast and the opening time. there were people screaming and singing during the whole evening/night. doors were aggressively slamming the doors. called the front desk twice and had no answer. no window. wouldn't recommend it if you want a peaceful sleep.

The buffet is not included in the hotel price and cost a little more than what is included. Good buffet on the plaza sidewalk, just outside the hotel.
