This guesthouse was immaculate, clean and comfortable. Each room had a balcony and a larger communa balcony which looked over to the mountains in one direction and down to the lake in the other. Just delightful

“Nice”
Electricity was gone all night in the all area due to strong wind. It think facility is little bit expensive compare the other places in Kyrgyzstan. There was towel for bath but not for daily use. There was no breakfast and i think for that money it should have. Bed was stiff but comfortable. Staff doesnt know english. Location is not accessible with walking i guess. But overall it was clean and tidy. I could stay here again.

This is a freshly built guest house, all rooms are big, the furniture is new. It is pretty far from the beach but in our case we travelled by car and we wanted to hike more then going to the beach so this was not a problem. The price is very good.

We spent a very nice night at the lake townhouse, the host is very kind and really to help with problems! Private and secure parking in front of the house is a big plus!

Even though it's still a new hotel, it has all the necessary items in the room : quite a big fridge for 2 people, an electric kettle with a universal plug adapter, cups, towels. The room is Very clean, with super comfy bed, staff is kind and helpful. She helped me a lot with a taxi arrangements and all the info about the city. Regarding the meals, it's not yet provided, but they are building a restaurant, so I was promised that in my next stay they will be having breakfast. If I will be passing by Cholpon- Ata again, I will definitely choose to come back to this very welcoming , family hotel. Thank you so much!
