The place is very comfortable – simple but very nice. The owner is kind and very responsive. Overall, it was peaceful, and I really enjoyed sitting outside with a view of the mountains.

Our host Dmitry was so kind and helpful; he had places to recommend, advice about our stay in Kyrgyzstan, and he even let us leave our bags with him for the day after we'd checked out but before we were leaving town. The room itself was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. There was a spot on the verandah we could sit in the evening too.

The location is good, near the beach and thermal spa, not far away (by car) from places to eat. There were electrical warm floors and a fridge in the room. The host is very friendly and ready to give you tips about your trip.

Mr. Dimitri, the owner, is truly an exceptional host and the highlight of this guesthouse. As a seasoned world traveler with hundreds of bookings across various platforms over the past 15 years, I can confidently say his hospitality is world-class. He was incredibly attentive from my arrival, providing all the necessary information. The room was comfortable, and the underfloor heating ensured a warm and cozy atmosphere. An additional heater was also available for extra warmth, if needed. The guesthouse's location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful park with stunning lake views. It's also conveniently located 7-10 minutes from a supermarket and the bus station for trips to Bishkek and other destinations, and a 20-minute walk to the marshrutka (minibus) stop for places like Karakol. Furthermore, the petroglyphs open-air museum is only a short 7-minute, $1.50 taxi ride away (using Yandex Go).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was super comfortable.

The place is lovely and exceeded our expectations. Our room is so comfortable and we have a private bathroom! The garden is amazing and the host is very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great location, close to the bus station and the beach. The room was clean and had a kettle and fridge. You could do laundry. The place was beautiful, relaxed, with lots of trees and great view of the mountains.

“Very Good Guesthouse”

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet guesthouse, close to the bus station and just a short walk to the beach/ lake front.

It was disappointing that the owner started to argue about politics. I wish he didn't raise this topic and would respect guests' privacy.

Totally enjoyed my stay. The host, Dima, was very welcoming, answered all the questions about the area and even helped with arranging sight seeing around the area, taxi/transfers. The garden with flowers was very nice and refreshing, especially for this time of the year. Looking forward to coming here again one day!
