Room was massive, very comfortable and lovely. The staff were great, left us some sweets and a nice hand written note when we came in - it's the small things. They also found and agreed to send back my wife's clothes that she left, going over and above. We really really appreciate it.

When we arrived they only had reserved 1 room and they had no other rooms available at the hotel, they blamed booking.com for only reserving 1 room yet my confirmation number clearly said 2 rooms

Clean and comfortable hotel with very spacious family rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 12. We stayed 3 nights to use as a base to visit Puy du fort. Paid parking available across the road. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Fab breakfast with a cappuccino included on request which I greatly appreciated. Dog friendly.

A very comfortable, spacious and clean room with modern refurbishment - the sofa and walk in wardrobe were nice extras. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods to choose from. There were many lovely restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Great location, in the centre of town and close to restaurants. Nice that there is a free carousel in the town right outside the hotel. The kids loved it. Cheap parking . Really big room
