Villa 7 is incredible. Accommodation, Facilities & Layout are perfect. 5 good sized rooms all with en-suite. High quality finish & decor. Terrace and pool area is exceptional. Amazing view!

Great location only slightly out of the centre but far enough for peace and quiet when you wanted it. Elevated position with great views over Koh Samui and the incoming aircraft (you can't hear the planes). Amazing sunsets. The villa had everything you would want. Easy to get mopeds delivered. There are a few steps in the property but a decent lift is installed and is easy to use. Pool was great. Rooms were also very good. Big rooms and air con worked a treat. Great location to get to the local beaches and Pier.

“Amazing stay in amazing villa”
Amazing villa with beautiful views to the bay. We had the Nirvana villa (no28) and it was huge, with 5 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could ask for. Comfy beds, the best pillows we have ever had in a rental and smoothest bedsheets. Everybody also loved the “game room”, with huge screen for movies and pingpong table. 10-15min walk to shops and restaurants, but also very convenient taxy service. Very good communication with Jum and Jeff - they answered quickly and were always available. Our flight was later that afternoon so they were kind enough to provide us a late check out. Could not recommend this villa enough. Thank you!

amazing new luxury villa with beautiful view everything was perfect & well equipped & modern Manager was so helpful & efficient , as were the cleaning staff Most villas are finished now & those that aren’t , all the noisy work has finished .

“Beautiful villa with incredible views”
The Villa is absolutely beautiful with the most spectacular views. The staff were really kind & very helpful. They created a WhatsApp group for if we needed anything which I thought was a fantastic idea & helpful. They also helped us with car hire & the vehicle was delivered to the villa. The in-Villa massage service was incredible & I would definitely recommend it, all 8 in our family had a massage within the villa at the same time which was a fantastic experience.
