“Fantastic Sea Views and Exceptional Value - a Clear Recommendation”
We had a wonderful stay in this holiday home. Two nice and sandy beaches are just a short walk away, and the beautiful ocean views on two sides of the Villa made every day special. The location is peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe throughout our stay. The house is well-maintained and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. There is also a Thai restaurant about 200 m away to dine in or for food delivery. The price-performance ratio of this Villa is simply unbeatable. The villa is much nicer than on the photos !! We highly recommend this property and would gladly return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very well maintained Villa in a quiet development with fantastic seaviews. Much nicer than the photos ! Off the road traffic, within walking distance to two sandy and nice beaches. Walking distance to a small local restaurant with delicious food. We stayed there already a few times before. Lovely as always. Sure we will return soon. Phantastic value for money. Mrs Boum the housekeeper lady is very helpful with advices.

“Unforgettable stay- we will return soonest”
Beautiful villa in a quiet and secure area. No traffic noise, ideal for relaxing. Unbeatable views to the ocean, very friendly and helpful maid, gave us tips where to eat good Thai food. 3 restaurants within walking distance, also one small shop. Private wlakway to the sandy beach. We will return for sure and hope to be able to stay longer than this time.. Unbeleivable value for money - we stayed before in a Villa that costs double than this one and was only half as good....

Great view. Good location. (Best to have a car) Excellent pool. Comfortable beds. Beautiful garden. The housekeeper, Mrs Boom, is a gem. Very nice and has wonderful recommendations. The house was in impeccable condition.

The villa exceeded our expectations, immaculately clean, spacious, private, quiet with spectacular 360oc views. Bed was super comfortable, air con execellent, lots towel provided. Boum met us at the villa to check us in, super helpful and friendly, efficient check in. Safe area, with gated drive way. Everything you need for a perfect holidaymin paradise.

We were able to enjoy a very relaxing holiday here. The accommodation is extremely clean, the reality is much nicer than the photos on booking.com already show. Quiet neighborhood, no noise. The electricity costs are not high. Great pool, very nice owners, very friendly and helpful housemaid. Unbeatable price-performance ratio! We'll be back next year!

“Superb stay for our Christmas getaway. Amazing private villa with stunning views.”
Exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do this place justice. The rooms were all an excellent size and en suite. The pool area and living room area were superb with amazing views of both sunrise and sunset. The housekeeper Boum was amazing and helped us arrange meals and a chef during our stay. She has contacts on the island and became our own personal concierge during our stay, even helping us secure a last minute reservation for xmas dinner. The villa was in the quiet end of the island and only accessible by car. This meant it was serene, peaceful and quiet. The views are amazing. We do not travel back to the same hotel or villa often but I know we will be back here if we visit Koh Samui again.

“Spectacular and relaxing”
Baan Lom Talay is wonderful. Just book it! The spectacular views (both sunrise and sunset), the big, gorgeous pool, the Koi ponds (!) and charming, light filled, very comfortable home was perfect. Buem, who met us with the keys and kept everything beautifully in order was a pleasure to meet. Thongson Beach was picture perfect for afternoon beers. There was an easy spot for our hire car (driving is easy on Samui and car hire inexpensive).

Great dream villa with excellent sea views, privacy guaranteed as set on a vast fenced tropical garden. Excellent and clean pool, nice interieur, ultra fast internet (had to work a bit...), many TV channels. We will return again, have already booked ! Do not miss to stay at this beautiful home away from home...

absolutely stunning property, excellent views, very well decorated house. Very comfy beds with mosqito nets - keeps the bugs out...The villa price is amazing: less than one third of the houses around the villa !! The house is situated in a very nice tropical garden with plenty of a distance to the neighbor - so quarantees a good privacy. All rooms spotless clean, very clean pool, German owners who cared for us as did the housemaid. Thank you again for a lovely stay - we will return one day for sure. Will recommend this treasure to our friends !

The villa was amazing, very nicely designed and clean with excellent furniture. The private pool was like our own oasis I would definately stay again. This villa is especially good for families or those who value space and privacy. Fast Interent, easy for working. Many TV channels, big fenced garden with many flowers. Much nicer than the photos show, value for money unbeatable. There are some villas for rent close by that cost tree times the price and are very close together with no privacy. Here at Baan Lom Talay you have space around you ! The German owner Hans and the housemail are very attentive. We will return !
