The house is just on the beach and close to few restaurants and services but far enough for it to be quiet and private. The house is close to many touristy places (by car) but not close from any crowded area so it’s perfect for holidays with family. 10 mins driving north is an amazing beach with beach club (Potima beach - See you Beach Club) where you can spend the day on the beds under the umbrellas, or you can go and visit the Tombs of the Kings in Phafos or the Blue lagoon on the north. It is close to the highway too so really easy to travel through the island and go for other places or Larnaca airport. The house has a really good A/C and a very cozy terrace and rooftop. It has all the appliances and cooking stuff you will need for 5 people. The host left us all the info we need and also a welcome gift such as fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. There is a huge supermarket north of the house (15min drive) called Philipphos with everything! And walking distance from the house there are a Steak House and an Italian restaurant both worthy to try. The wifi worked great and the house is on a compound with a pretty large pool that always is only for yourself.

Very nice host, everything as promised, everything clean, mosquito nets on all windows, fully equipped kitchen, great electric grill outside, fantastic seaview from a fantastic garden, beautiful small beach for swimming in a walking distance.
