This place is a hidden gem in Cyprus. I've stayed in many 5-star hotels across Cyprus, and this villa has now secured its spot at the top of my list for the best stays. The location is simply perfect, offering a magnificent sea view and a serene mountain landscape. Surrounding the villa, you'll find olive groves and orange and banana orchards, creating a paradise-like setting with a tranquil and calm vibe. The villa itself is modern and innovative, providing a great pleasure to stay in. Nika, the host, is undoubtedly the best part of the experience. We appreciated the thoughtful touches evident in every aspect of our stay, which seemed to be done with a genuine piece of soul and love. Every detail was carefully curated to ensure a wonderful experience. Welcoming surprises like a lovely postcard, a bottle of prosecco, and a well-stocked mini-bar added an extra layer of delight. This is one of those rare places where you find yourself not wanting to leave. Nika went above and beyond, offering us a late check-out that allowed us to savor a gorgeous afternoon. We are incredibly grateful! Thank you for providing us with a truly wonderful weekend.

Very Nice Furniture

“Great holiday home”

We stayed in this house for 3 nights. The hostess was very friendly and ready to help. We didn’t have enough forks and she brought extra ones in an hour. The house is clean and nice. With spacious living room, cosy little details and nice bedrooms. The sea is in the vicinity, you can walk down to it in 5 minutes. The children room has some toys, a little kitchen and books. Overall, highly recommend this house.

“A lovely stay in a superb villa”

Very luxurious, stylish villa, with emphasis on comfort. A welcome pack on arrival consisting of fruit, water, tea, Prosecco and beer. All toiletries provided and cleaning products. A lot of thought gone into providing everything you would need for a perfect stay. Nika was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend staying in Paradise Sea View villa.

Exelent!!! I have been going to Cyprus for 8 years. I have never seen such service! Nika is a wonderful owner who took care of every little detail. The view from the roof garden is amazing! The house is brand new, filled with expensive brands, great location! I also recommend going to a cafe on the Barakas seashore, it is 5 minutes from house and try their spanking pork-chop. And there are unreal views! Next time I will come with the whole family to this villa! Thank you so much Nika!
