An amazing place in a perfect location! We spent 3 weeks there with our family and truly felt at home from the very first day. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The hosts were kind, friendly, and always helpful. It was a wonderful stay for our family, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

A real gem in Paphos. Great location, terrace overlooking the sea, which was used every morning to have breakfast while watching the city wake up. The house had everything that was needed and even toys for beach, table games, shampoo, and conditioner. Pool was open and available, but we opted for catching some waves in the sea😊 A nice touch was the little snacks that were left for the kids💚 Location - great. Not far from anything and easy to find. The beach we enjoyed the most was Coral Bay (5min by car)

Fully equipped apartment. You can rent a car at very good price just next to the flats area. Owner super kind and welcoming. Close to the promenade. Very good value for money. Many toys and games for families ( we enjoyed playing Scrabble) Very good swimming pool Very nice tennis court

This is a gem in plain sight. The location is perfect, the views are outstanding and Leo and Christina & their staff are God sent. The morning views & the sunset views were epic. You get to experience the Mediterranean at its full glory. Such a blessing to experience such beauty. The maisonette is state of the art. You will love it…from the marble floors to the touch screen hob, the funky shower, the air con - all the tech in the house and how it’s set up easily for every one ( even my mum could operate all the tech stuff) the decor … everything is magnificent!! The pools are also magnificent!!! Can’t fault this gem. It’s beyond beautiful…

This is beautiful place for vacation because you have everything at hand, bus stop, Supermarkets, beaches and restaurants. The best thing you can do is rent a car from Christina & Leo and you can go everywhere you want. They were very kindness and helpfull to us because they gave us the best tips for trpíš, restaurants, beaches and what to see in this beautiful country. Thank you so much for eveything and i hope we will be back soon.

Apartment is new, spotless clean and provide everything which we needed for our comfortable stay. Located only few steps from the bus stop, it is very convenient to get to the Coral bay, to the Harbor or other main points of interests by bus. Lidl supermarket is only 2 bus stops away. We did not cook as we enjoyed Cypriot food in the restaurants but the kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher) so there is no limitation in case someone would prefer cooking. We enjoyed watching sunsets at the terrace overlooking the sea. The hosts Christina and Leo are very kind and caring. They were in contact with us prior our arrival and gave us all instructions in time. We very much appreciated that they allowed us to check out later and even their son drove us to the harbor.

“Perfect Stay in Paphos!!!”

The mezonette was very spacious, clean with all the necessary amentities. The location was just next to the coastal road with a sea view. The hosts were really warm and helpful and provided us with all the necessary information to make our stay an unfogetable experience. Highly recommended and an excellent value for money!

The best place we have ever been. Everything was new. Perfect view and one minute to the pool. So clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed and even much more! Christina and Leo, our hosts, were very helpful and nice people. Always they wanted to help. Ikaria Village, very nice complex, closed to the town and to the beach. One minute from the bus stop. Lovely and clean pools ( for adults & children). Great Value for money
