At walking distance from the airport, but not 6-7 minutes, what is told.

“Exceptional Value”

Exceptional. I booked via a notable online booking platform for 7 nights, which was lower in price than 6 nights (presumably a promotion?), and I booked with the intention of relaxing and concluding some administration having been travelling for several months. The room was light, with a view of the scenic courtyard. There was a desk, refrigerator, AC, a hairdryer, satellite television and wardrobe. The ensuite contained a corner bath, shower and bidet. There was always hot water with good pressure and three towels and bathroom amenities were provided. My rate included breakfast which was simple, but charming enough. Two eggs, two sausages, bread, jam and a pot of tea or cup of coffee. I enjoyed the ritual of heading downstairs for breakfast, from 8-11. The airport is a 20 minute walk, and the public bus (number 3) can be stopped outside the hotel which will take you to Kujand for 2.50. A small market (Pamir market) is a 5 minute walk away (and it has the best somsas I've ever had...chicken and tomato). The hotel has a gym adjacent to reception, 24 hour staff, and though often very quiet, it is nonetheless professionally managed and everyone was delightful and well-mannered. Airline pilots and cabin crew are also accommodated here. Overall, it was absolutely exceptional and consequently I extended my stay a further 7 days. I enjoyed the town, the proximity to the airport (where I arrived and departed from Dushanbe for £24 each way), and the peaceful nature of this hotel. For me everything was perfect.

Especially the location and hotel facilities. It's one of the best hotel which I found in whole Tajikistan

Close to the airport, quite cheap, clean enough.

Excellent hotel in centre of town, with a self-service restaurant underneath should you need it. lovely staff very friendly and modern clean room with good facilities.

I went in low season so exceptional value for money, hence the high scores. Cooked breakfast of fried eggs and sausages, and friendly staff, all who spoke English. Very close to the aiport which I needed, and I plan to stay again tomorrow on my return.

The hotel manager was very friendly, helped with all my needs, including taxi etc. Perfect manager. Very beautiful and cosy building and interior. Outside is ennobled, there are nice gazebos. The nearby cafe also with a friendly staff.
