“Lovely hotel”

Good location, nice staff

Do 6am breakfast Comfortable bed. Quiet.

Location.

Good basic hotel close to the town centre. Clean and decent shower. Our room only had internal window but was fine for one night.

Staff agradable.

We had hot water and the rooms were heated ( we found the heaters on when we entered the rooms , so we really appreciated that they thought of that )

Nice hotel. Very appreciated was that the presence of a heating in each room. Knowing that the night at 3.600 m are very cold indeed.

Comfortable clean rooms. Very helpful staff. it was a little cold in the room but we were provided with heaters.

There was a pool table and they gave free bottles of water and nice breakfast

Neat, clean, warm, and hot showers!! Staff super friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The hotel is very well maintained, too. This is where I stay every time I'm in Chivay.

This is marked as a 2 star hotel but it's definitely 3 stars. The beds are new and comfy, you have a nice hot shower, good WiFi and a very good breakfast even at 5 am!

“Ok , cold, bad breakfast , good if you’re lucky with your room”

Nice rooms and all good They shows us more than one room, but we would have liked a double bed. There was one but it had no windows… Gave us a heater

“Cosy for a night.”

The hotel is located very close to the main square but the city isn't very big so you can get everywhere on foot. Breakfast was very basic but I got the feeling that it is the same everywhere (bread, cheese/ham, jam, tea/coffee, eggs and some fruits). The room was cosy and warm thanks to the heater as the weather can get very cold when the sun sat down or early in the morning. The staff was very helpful as we arrived with altitude sickness. They helped us with some good advise to ease it.

The staff are so lovely!! For one night, the hotel has all the comfort amenities - TV with Netflix (useful after a long day in the bus), heating, comfortable beds, soap, etc. The stay includes a simple but hearty breakfast that starts at 5.45am.
