The supervisor at the reception is racist. I went on a day trip to lake Kaptai. And I was waiting for the driver with my Bengali friend. He didn’t allow to wait her with me. There were no problems when other people had visitors only me because Im a tourist from Europe. It’s a shame and I will send an official complaint to your management. The name of supervisor at the reception is Phaneeh something like that. You should get some proper training or going to work at 1 star hotel.

“Lovely hotel, great staff and good location.”
Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast options were great and plentiful. Hotel staff were very polite. Location was walking distance from everything I needed. Security was very good and I felt safe in the hotel.
