Their hotel was good, and the room was nice, but there was no hot water for tea and no sandals provided. Also, they charged me an extra laundry fee because oil got on the bed.

No soundproof, extremely noisy room or gym facilities were available, yet they mentioned they had a gym and no welcoming fruits for guests. Even they mentioned they had one. I wanted to pay by card, but they did not allow me. It's the worst 3 stars I have ever lived.

“For 4k you could have done better”
During checking the front desk interaction with the staff and chechin process was smooth. Didn't had to wait longer within 10 minutes we got our keys. Location was okay. and there are some in food painting which was eye soothing.

“Please do not stay at this hotel. Just waste of money.”
Bogus. Bathroom feting's found broken and were not working properly, made a complain to the manager but got no solution. No sandals were supplied. There was a kettle in the room with some tea and sugar but could not find any plugs to connect it with. Farniture were very much poor in condition . Only very very amazing thing was they allowed us to check in in very early in the morning at around 6.30am.

“Disappointing”
They provided me a room with attached toilet. The toilet has no hot water facilities. Informed this problem to the Manager, but replied that since the room is in top floor hot water from Gyser does not work properly. The hotle could have compensate me.
