I recently stayed at Royal Park Residential Hotel, after booking it through Booking.com, and I was extremely disappointed. The photos on the website are very misleading and do not accurately represent the current state of the hotel. Upon arrival, I found that the hotel was in a very poor condition. My room was in level 6, but there was no lift. Despite the central location, the discomfort and lack of basic amenities made my stay very unpleasant. I urge Booking.com to ensure that the listings on their website are accurate and up-to-date. Travelers rely on these images and descriptions when making their bookings, and it's disheartening to have such a disappointing experience. I would also like to request booking.com to check some review about this hotel which are given on google map. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope that my review will help others avoid a similar experience.

I would not comments for this hotel. Only good thing they have free wifi. All guest are requested to read the review fast then book the hotel. Hope rhe property owner revisit the business facilities at least a certain level then open for customer once again.

I was stayed there on 02 Feb 2023. My room no is 105. This is a most dirtiest room ever i seen in my life. Sign of cough on the wall. Lot of dust in the room. Giger not working. But room cost Tk 2700. Compare with facility room cost is high and unsatisfactory. Physically room can book lower price than Booking.com price. I am very much disappointed compare to price. With the same even lower price I can stay better in Chittagong.

Easy to communicate and location good

- Bed was comfortable. - Space of room is good. - Perfect location.
