“Perfect staff”
I'm impressed with the hotel staff. They're very kind and helpful! Especially Ismael, who saved my friend's life in a critical situation. We were waiting at the station for a bus to Dhaka when it turned out my friend had left his documents and bank cards somewhere at the hotel. I immediately called Ismael, who quickly located the wallet and immediately sent a smart guy to the location I'd sent him. He arrived very quickly and arrived just in time. It was tense, but thanks to Ismael's quick reaction, everything turned out well.

We booked a room 2 days before but when we reached there they said the room is not available..that's why we had to book another room which was expensive..Please before booking the room at least check twice if they are available or not...It was very disappointing..I hope you will try to look at it...
