“Great hotel, fantastic staff service.”
The Best western Chattagram was very welcoming by all the staff from reception to room service, and restaurant. Anything you needed was a call away. We were at the hotel for around a week so we got to know the staff well. Restaurant staff Shuban was fantastic also Lisa always on hand polite, helpful.

“This hotel is a real scam. Think before you book”
This hotel is a scam. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I had worst experience of my life. Really had very bad experience This hotel can’t be a 5 star hotel. Standard is below 2 star hotel. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. No swimming pool. When I went there for check-in they said there were no availability of any rooms. They said this was a mistake of booking.com. Then I had to stay in peninsula hotel chittagong for the night. And next day they gave me a room. But they changed me 3 times because there was an error in their card machine and I still didn’t get my refund. I spoke to MR MOHAMMAD YEASIN ARAFAT who is an operation manager, but he never got back to me with any update.

“Level of Business Class Hotel”
The room was so elegant and comfortable. Next level of business class suites. Receptionists are so welcoming and helpful. The restaurant Manager I guess if not mistaken, Mr Subash was so friendly, helpful and service was really excellent. I was looking for Masala Tea which was not at the beverage area, He immediately prepared us Masala Tea the next minute I requested. Not forgotten the Guddi terrace restaurant Waiters, a helpful and excellent service as well. Definitely a hotel which I will come back again for my next stay. Keep the rooms well maintained and clean. It's always a plus point for travellers'choices. Good Job Best Western 👈
