The room and the view are just great. The property is quiet and private. The balconies are huge and the onsen bath fits two persons! Food is good. The staff has great attitude and are just so helpful.

“Memorable experience. Wished we could stay longer”
Wonderful zen feel the moment we stepped in. Personalised impeccable service. Rooms were really spacious, luxurious and come w private onsen, private jacuzzi. Besides the outstanding breakfast and dinner (we got room rates with half board), we were also continuously pampered with free drinks, fruits, snacks and food. Located just across a small road and carpark to the Lake Shikotsu Visitor’s Center and main activities hub.

“Exceptional hotel”
Exceptional hotel with beautifully designed rooms, private hot onsen, balconies and amazing food and service. Very tranquil stay - wish stayed longer and would love to come back. Views on the magnificent lake and dinners were fabulous

“Excellent and very relaxing. Best part of my vacation!”
Food was excellent and welcoming. Only difficulty was knowing how to get there. It was not clear nor was it clear how close the ice festival/sculpture was to the facility. Suprisingly close to ice sculptures and surprisingly seamless transportation to and from facility. However, it was not clear they had transportation to facility and it was diff to figure it out.

Impeccable staying experience, the building design is beautiful. Would even be better if it’s by lakeside. Nevertheless the balcony provides a beautiful view over the lake. And the private onsen is superb
