A 5-minute drive from JR Chitose Train Station, Hotel Grand Terrace Chitose offers modern accommodations with free wired internet access. “Dont book here”
I booked this property to have the shuttle to the airport in the morning, upon the booking they told me the shuttle I need to get on to make it on time to the airport is full. Ended up paying double the amount for the taxi, not reccommended. Rooms are really noisy.

If you are looking for a Chitose hotel for the airport etc this is a great choice. English speaking staff, good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, it has an onsen, massage chairs and free tea and coffee. Rooms were normally small but comfy beds and pillows and clean throughout. They also have an airport shuttle starting at 5.30am.
