The staff was very welcoming and friendly . Assisted us in getting taxis to airport . Had a good rest before heading home. Will definitely repeat our stay .

“Great Location”
Great Location, easy to access local trains and buses. Provided free parking. Room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean.

“Loved my stay in Chitose went specifically for their ice festival.”
Location excellent for getting about chitose, cafes, supermarkets, to Sapporo or the local airport. 1011 large room! 3/4 size fridge/freezer plus microwave in room. Most comfortable bed I slept on in Japan in my 3 months there!

“A pleasant stay, less than 10 minutes walk from Chitose station”
Staff let me check in 1 hr early Breakfast is 800 yen, i didn’t try as wasn’t hungry but sure its good

I got up at 7am for breakfast but was told I needed to have made a reservation so couldn't eat. I couldn't pay to add it. This was never mentioned to me beforehand. The wifi information I was given for my room did not work either.
