Overview
Chitose Airport Hotel is a 4-minute walk from exit 2 of JR Chitose Train Station, which is a 7-minute ride from New Chitose Airport. It has a free morning airport shuttle, serves a Japanese/Western breakfast buffet and provides spacious rooms with free wired internet. Renovated in 2004, the air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Air Terminal include an LCD TV. The private bathroom has a toothbrush and free toiletries, and green tea is provided. Sapporo city is about a 40-minute train ride from nearby JR Chitose Train Station. The free morning shuttle to the airport runs on a schedule (see Important Information) and takes about 12 minutes. There is a coin launderette on the 2nd floor. The lobby has a free-use internet PC with a chargeable printer.

“Overall pretty good stay for one night before catching a flight”
Only stayed one night in a smoking twin room. The hotel is conveniently located near local shops and big malls, also near the train station even though it offers free shuttle service to the airport which needs to be booked in advanced the night before

“cheap and good location. would recommend”
close to the station and had a free shuttle bus in the morning to get to the airport when checking in the guy was super nice, and when i told him i spoke a little bit of japanese he tried really hard to speak slowly so we could have the whole interaction in japanese, which was super appreciated.

“Near New Chitose Airport with Easy Train Access”
The location is extremely convenient, especially for early morning or late night flights, as it is close to New Chitose Airport and easily accessible by train.

“Great Hotel for Short Stay near the Airport”
This hotel is located really close to Chitose Station. Main reason we chose thise hotel was because of their free airport shuttle service as we had an early flight the next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for short stays or quick layover before heading to the airport.

The staff were helpful. And had good English. At least, the staff in the evening shift. Those in the morning I couldn’t assess. The wi-fi was good.

“Great, value for money and convenience. Super Clean”
