“Definitely come back because I like room and location.”
Room was very nice and comfortable. Perfect location. Airport bus stop just 1 minute walk from the hotel and 5-7 minutes walk to Chitose station. Very convenient.

“Too comfortable!”
We stayed one night at Best Western Chitose on our last night in Hokkaido and loved it so much. We chose it for its location near the airport, and having a 7-Eleven right next door was a huge bonus. We booked a tatami room, and it was incredibly comfortable. The kids slept so well it was hard to wake them up! The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. We truly wish we had stayed longer and will definitely come back.

We booked only for a night abd it was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Staff were all very nice. Location is also good ! 👍

“Best Western staff made it well worth the visit into Chitose”
Staff were very helpful, I needed a hospital visit and they rang around and then organised taxi to the most available one. Very friendly and helpful again when organising taxis to the airport. Very clean hotel.

Spotless rooms, and great location for breakfast options. We arrived late from New Chitose Airport and it was the perfect spot to get a good night's sleep on the first day of our trip. Fantastic patisserie across the street, plus a 7/11.

Near to chitose train station , near to halal restoran Thee Tiffin . Easy to get bus to New chitose airport too . Near to Aeon supermarket Very comfortable hotel and clean

Location was great and for the price I couldn’t complain. Breakfast was included and was simple but served its purpose. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely Japanese way.
