“Gelato + creative breakfast”

Room had a balcony and a jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable. You have complimentary access to an onsen in amother property, less than 5 mins walking distance. It may be a bit inconvenient during winter, but I visited in June and it was not a problem. They have complimentary Gelato after dinner. The breakfast was western style but with a Japanese touch: very enjoyable. The staff member I interacted with was kind and spoke excellent English.

Clean & quiet. Very personal 💕 They have an ice-cream parlour that serves 14 flavours. Very natural & mecha oishi. Breakfast was simple but oh so delicious plus a nice view of the mountains & a little peek of lake when the trees are still coming of of its winter sleep.

Location, concept, food, staff. Yes food is a blend between Japanese and Italian, so if you book do not complain about it. Best breakfast we had in Japan in 2 weeks!

room was advertised as having a lake view and balcony .. we were directed to an annexed building which had neither. Also one uncomfortable pillow, no shower gowns, no chairs and the fixed breakfast meal plate very poor .. one small sausage. a soft boiled egg and a bowl of salad .. book at your peril

Free shuttle bus from/to JR Chitose station. There is a welcome gelato when we arrived, and you can enjoy free all-you-can gelato after the dinner. There are only 6 rooms in this hotel, and the guests under 13 are restricted, so you can enjoy a lot of peace and relax. There is no onsen facility in this hotel, but you can 3 mins away to have an onsen at another hotel, you can also enjoy free ice bar there.

“A Swiss Chalet with Fine Dining”

This is a small boutique hotel and is kinda unique. It overlooks the lake which is lovely. It’s also a short walk to cafes and the few small restaurants there are in the village. The rooms are great, good size, sitting area with sofa and TV, big bathroom with 2 person bubbling spa hot tub and balcony with view through the trees to the lake. We booked the dinner and breakfast included package which was degustation style mixing Italian and Japanese cuisine which is quirky but each dish was done exceptionally well, the presentation perfect and the flavors succulent using locally harvested ingredients.

Very nice boutique hotel , only has 6 room , modern design , though room a bit dark ..very comfortable , good f a relax vacation , close to the lake only 6 min walk , Staff r very very nice , helpful , n professional, deliver the warmest hospitality to guests , appreciated his effort 😃 food r excellent ,, they offer free ice cream after dinner , very tasty 😋
