“Such a unique and beautiful hotel!”

This hotel was a standout! So quirky, luxurious and beautiful details everywhere you looked. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was exceptionally clean with lovely touches such as a little chocolate on each bed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options available, including gluten free. The coffees were great too. It was opposite a large mall and close to many attractions. Would recommend!

“Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and great breakfast”

A very unique-looking hotel with an interesting and stylish interior design. The overall atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Every employee genuinely tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A special plus was the small coffee machine directly in the room. Great location next to a shopping center with a food court and supermarket, which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was excellent as well — a good variety of food options and very tasty coffee.

1-Star Review: Unlivable Room – Avoid This Hotel! I had an absolutely miserable stay here due to multiple major failures that made the room unusable and unsafe. The air conditioning didn't work all night, leaving the room sweltering hot, and there was a heater blasting non-stop with no switch—its cable buried under the floor so I couldn't unplug it. Hot water? Barely enough to fill the tub 15 cm before it went ice cold. The "soundproof" room woke me at 8 AM from people chatting outside the door. My "city view" window faced a ground-level staircase and wall—terrifying to open at night over robbery fears. Late checkout request denied unless I paid extra, despite these disasters. Completely misrepresented listing. Do not book. Total waste of money!

Please stop keeping that poor, little golf fish in the little fish tank. It is very cruel and animals should be respected. I think it is a ridiculous idea to have that poor animal there so that people could rent it for their room for 2 euros to keep you company! What kind of Person would do that! Animals are not for that!

We were blown away by this hotel! Our room was incredible, so big and for the price we paid we were so shocked how nice it was! We even had a balcony. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and new things I hadn’t tried before which I loved. Staff very friendly. One of the top hotels we have ever stayed in!!
