Ultracentral Armeneasca property is spacious, extra clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The living and the bedroom were spacious, extra cool from the air conditioner (very nice temperature for summer) and quiet (perfect for resting after long work days). We had more than we needed for two persons and we are looking forward to book this place with the family next time. Our comfort was highly regarded here by the owner, who was present whenever we needed help, very friendly, warm, punctual and a 10+ star host. Situated in the central area of the city, it is perfect for visiting the main tourist attractions.. Chisinau is a lovely place and this property has offered us the best location to explore it.

“Perfect apartment and location”

I stayed at the apartment for a quick 3-night stay and definitely want to return. As a full-time traveler, I see a lot of rentals and when searching I quickly realized this was a gem. I walked to sites in all four directions and never felt that I was spending time just to get out of where my lodging was located. The living room and bedroom were more spacious than I expected, the kitchen counter space is on the small side for cooking but with using the table it would be manageable (digital nomads). I did not test the WiFi speed but did not notice any issues. The apartment received more natural light than I expected, it is also high enough that light is not blocked by buildings across the street. The bed was comfortable, either medium or between medium and firm but definitely not hard. It's been a couple of days (and glasses of wine) so I can't remember exactly...I just know that I slept well. Amelia is a friendly and flexible host and was very easy to communicate with.

Good location which is near to the Central Bus Station (around 5 mins by walk) and supermarket. The apartment looks the same as the pictures shown in the booking. The apartment is clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. The facilities are well-equipped and workable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Recommend :)

Spacious, super clean & modern apartment in a great location. Comfortable work area with fast reliable internet. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and linen. The host is very friendly and responsive and took the time to show me how everything works. Bonus: washing machine! HIGHLY recommended this apartment

Super happy with stay, amazing host , central location

Our hosts were very kind and responsive, addressing any questions we could've had. The place immediately comes off as incredibly clean and pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the central location features a lot of nice places to eat out nearby as well. Can recommend to anyone, and would visit it again if ever in Chisinau. Thanks!

Excellent property. Apartment is crystal clean. It is recently renovated and is very fresh. Fully equipped. Apartment is big and bright. Special kudos to the host. Lady is very welcoming and nice, always ready to help. She was so nice, that even drove us to the airport after checkout.

Everything was perfect, exactly what you see in the pictures. Ultra clean, ultra central, the host was ultra polite and helpful. We stayed for 9 days and it was just like home. We paid 100 dollars deposit and took the exact amount back when leaving. Thank you soo much..

This apartment was unbelievably clean. The host was very friendly. The apartment is very nice. The common space in the building is clean and the neighborhood is good considering the price. I highly recommend this apartment. I would have stayed longer if it was available.
