“Not recommended due to the host behaviour”
The rooms were very beautiful, beautifully decorated and spacious. The apartment is indeed luxurious - it is really really big. I liked the fact we had 2 bathrooms in the room. There is a cafe nearby (no seats though and its tiny) and 2 grocery shops. The area is safe. There is a small park with a sea and benches nearby. The city is about 25mins walk.

The location is excellent—close to both the city center and the park/lake. The area is very quiet, the apartment was clean, the host was lovely, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice and cozy interior, all the amenities available, good contact with the host and only 30 mins on foot from the city centre. Nearby there is a large park and running friendly areas.

“The worst experience ever!”
The worst experience ever! The lady ( owner ) contacted me in the morning that she has a "tehnical" problem and she can't receive us ( 3 adults + 1 chd travelling from 600+ km in Chisinau ) . I told her that I booked on Booking with a special reason, to be sure that I have where to stay with my family. She said that she can't fix the problem, and she doesn't want to cancel my reservation. She asked me to do it. Of course, I refused. She offered 2 options ( one of the options was pretty good, but the owner said that he will not receive us for only one night - and he announced at 18:00 !!! ) . I contacted again the owner, and she gave another apartment as an option, but lower this time. I refused and I told her that I will contact Booking for this. I called that night at 27 !!! hotels to find a solution. Everything was full! Later, I found out that in the city was an event that weekend, and probably this owner wanted to give the apartment to someone else and didn't care about Booking. Booking didn't give a solution! They responded "you didn't communicate with the owner on chat" Stay away from people without responsibility and verticality in business !!!

“Very pleasant stay.”
Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Unit was nice and clean. The owner was trying to accommodate our requests. Will return again to this place.

first of all, it was not cleaned, I got another apartment instead of the one in the picture, in the bathroom... the toilet was clogged and could not be used... not recommended

“A reasonable stay in an excellent location”
Excellent location located within the perimeter of a beautiful and big park with 3 lakes. You would need to take a taxi or public transport to reach the centre of Chisinau from there. The 2-bed flat was large and it had all amenities. The shower was good.
