Excellent location surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, museums and bureau de changes. Hotel restaurant a trifle expensive but food very good even if portions are some what child size.

Room upgraded from twin to a larger room with bigger beds Breakfast was very good. One of the best in our 10 days travelling in Romania and Moldova. Rooms very clean and had everything we needed

“The best hotel in Moldova”
We had fabulous time at Richmond hotel. We spent 3 nights there and it was a real pleasure for us. Our room was one of the best city hotels' rooms we have ever been accommodated at during our 30 years of travel around the world. Pure comfort at every level - beds, matrasses, minibar, safe, tea, bathroom, bathrobes... everything was so classy and beautiful. I must say that we were truly impressed by the recent renovation of this hotel. Brilliant grand, old and new, elegant building, located in the very center of the city - near the cathedral and close to many sights, shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast every morning. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere in the hotel. Very nice, helpful and professional girls at the reception desk - I approached them several times with different requests during our stay and I did not hear "no" or "sorry, it's impossible" once.
