Absolutely nothing , place in good apartment block but apartment dirty and extremely rude host that doesn’t know her guests and send messages that they haven’t paid, plus extremely rude, doesn’t care when you leave all she cared was who is next guest And the apartment not clean I highly discourage anyone to deal with her

“Contemporary Minimalist Apartment in a New Building: An Excellent Balance of Comfort and Value”

Apartment in a new building (2020), so the renovations are still fresh and perfectly match the owners’ photos. I rented it for 2 days (21-22.07.2023) at around 60 euros /day. While the average price for 2 people in Chisinau is about 50 euros, this apartment stands out dramatically from the average. For an additional 10-15 euros, you not only get accommodation in one of the best residential complexes in the city but also avoid the old design choices seen elsewhere (tacky ceilings, crystal chandeliers, checkered blankets on leather sofas, rosy accent walls, etc.). If you care about the details, it's worth the extra cost to get a beautiful apartment, complete with a closed courtyard, and a children's playground. The room offers towels, bed linen (additional sets if there are more than 2 guests), cleaning supplies, shampoo, and toilet paper (additional supplies in the cupboard). Everything is spotless. You can buy water, drinks, and snacks at an additional cost, already available in the refrigerator (similar to a hotel, but priced closer to a store). In terms of appliances, you'll find a refrigerator, stove, iron, washing machine, microwave, and a sufficient set of dishes. Air conditioning is available both in the living room and the bedroom – a rare feature even in long-term rental apartments in Chisinau. There's a balcony where you can not only dry clothes but also spend some time outdoors. Wi-Fi is ok. A huge advantage is the 24-hour parking (costs 30 lei per day – about 1.5 euros). It's the parking lot of Kaufland, which you can access right after leaving the gates of Oasis Residential Complex. The nearby presence of Kaufland itself is also very convenient. Within walking distance, you'll find McDonald's, shops, and restaurants. There are pleasant areas to take a stroll, and the public transportation connections are convenient. The host is very responsive and replies quickly.
