I liked the staff the first few days, then it was impossible to find them, I saw them for 3-4 days and then they weren't there the rest of the day.

Our check-in was very late due to a significant flight delay. The receptionist waited for us and accepted cash payment — unfortunately, this was the only positive aspect of our stay. The room did not match the reservation. Instead of the booked double room, we were placed in a single room. Upon entering the room, we discovered that there were no towels. At the reception desk, we were told that towels could only be provided in the morning. Taking a shower was also impossible because there was no heating in the room at all. It was so cold that I had to sleep fully dressed — I slept in a hoodie with the hood on. This is not an exaggeration. In the morning, after reminding the staff about the missing towels, they were brought to us. However, calling them towels requires a lot of imagination — they were gray, worn-out rags. The plumbing deserves a separate mention. The shower head leaks around the handle, causing water to spray in different directions, and it is impossible to turn the shower off — the mechanism simply does not work. The bed was very narrow, which is understandable since the room was intended for one person, despite accommodating two guests. There was an air conditioner in the room, which could theoretically be used for heating, but there was no remote control provided. When checking out, I tried to resolve the issue of the price difference between the booked double room and the single room we were given. I received a categorical refusal. The hotel administrator stated that all rooms have the same price. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

I had no chance to stay in the hotel as the booking was canceled by the hotel while I was on the way to them.

Struggled to communicate with the Receptionist. Room a bit smelly, think allows smoking in Bathroom without air ventilation Not 24h reception. As I had a wedding and a 3 am tired to call the ring bell on the main gate few times. Awfull experience. Regards lee
