“No bed available despite confirmed booking”

I arrived at the hostel with a confirmed Booking.com reservation. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no beds available and I could not be accommodated. I had not received any cancellation notice before arriving. I had to find alternative accommodation on short notice. The cancellation was processed later. This was a stressful experience, especially after arriving with luggage and expecting a confirmed reservation to be honored. I hope this feedback helps the property improve communication with future guests.

“Uncomfortable "walkway" bunk bed!”

The only good thing about it is the location! Just at the corner of the Cathedral Park.

Credit where it’s due: the owner was friendly at check-in and accommodated my late arrival without issue. I have nothing bad to say about him personally, though I noticed he could be short with other guests at times. The positives: • Close to the city center • Easy to reach day or night • Comfortable beds • Blankets and small towels provided • Owner was accommodating with my late check-in

The welcome of the owner is something unique. Very close to the city centre and just a few minutes away from the arc du Triumphe. For his kindness we decided to give him 2 bottles of wine that we hope He has found. We’ll go Back there for sure

A very cozy and clean hostel with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The hostel staff is very polite and friendly, which is very important these days.I feel like a guest of Buddha. I am very pleased.

The Ukrainian man is the owner or manager there and he handles everything so pathetic, he only speaks Russian and he try to scam the English speakers, for me and other he said he doesn’t consider booking.com receipts. He took again money from us.

I think for women it is way better to stay here than for men. We have only four beds, they have a curtain, the room is relatively clean.
