“Best bed in ages”
Room size, ceiling height, cookies on the desk, shower gel, wardrobe, towels AND THE BED, pillows of different fluffiness, I will definitely stay here again when I come back

Everything there is at a high level, including spa and restaurant.In my opinion Berd's hotel perfectly represents impeccable Moldova's hospitality that is one hardly to be equalized somewhere else in Europe nowadays!

“Loved our stay here and loved the city of chisinau”

This hotel is quite nice and the rooms are very comfortable, but overall I think it is way overpriced for what it is. Furthermore every light in the room turned on three times over the night waking us up and having to be turned off manually. I let the staff at reception know, and while they thanked me for letting them know, they didn't really apologise, or seem that concerned that our night was so disturbed.

Sauna was broken, jakuzi broken and leaking, speakers not working, poor room service that did not bring the food eventually and took them 2 hours to come. When asked for discount they said its impossible. Stay away.

In terms of services the hotel should be categorized in my opinion somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. In short terms it is a pleasant stay for a quick business trip.
