Big, clean, near the center

The whole house/appartement for such a good price in the city center of Chisinau. Historical Moldavian old house, authentic one. Friendly and helpfull owners. Simple house but nice one, I like it and I had everything I needed.

“An Authentic Lovely Property”

This apartment is genuinely an authentic property that has been sympathetically renovated to a lovely standard. It is comfortable and offers all that a person needs. The bed is large, the sitting room is an added bonus, the kitchen provides all utensils and equipment needed during your stay. There is a nice shower room with a washing machine which is a plus for backpackers. There is a supermarket within walking distance. The centre of town can be reached walking, a steady uphill initially. The apartment is a good 15 minutes walk from the bus station but beware of the uneven footpaths. Our host was lovely and extremely helpful with all our questions, she kindly allowed us to leave our baggage at the premises until we went for our bus.

Such a lovely and cosy place. Great if you just want to switch off for a bit, it’s quiet, peaceful and really easy to relax. You share the same yard with the owner’s family, which actually makes the place feel warm and friendly. The owner is absolutely lovely and speaks English really well. The bedroom with the big bed is at the back, away from the road, so it’s properly quiet at night. Heating works great, so no worries there. The location is spot on, close to the centre and a big shop. Honestly, I really recommend it and I’m giving it the highest score. If anything, I’d just add a bit lighter lighting, maybe a small lamp, and definitely a few more plug sockets, absolutely essential!

This is such a lovely place. The host waited for me upon arrival to let me in and give me info about the apartment and the city. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment is big, warm and nicely decorated. Enough space in the room and bathroom, comfortable bed, enough blankets. There is also a living room with a sofa and two armchairs. Well-equipped kitchen. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

“A very enjoyable stay in the city!”

Due to my flight arriving very early in the morning I was worried in case there would be no one around to let me in, but the owner was there as soon as my taxi arrived. It was nice to be able to stay in a traditional house. The owner lives next door, speaks English, and always replied promptly to messages. The dog did not disturb me. She was in a fenced off part of the yard and mostly barked if she saw a stray cat. On the whole I found the accommodation very quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to go back to and rest after a busy day sightseeing around the city! The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and so did the bathroom. I used the washing machine a few times. I did most of my shopping for food at the local Linella supermarket, which opens early and closes late.

The aparment is large, consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and a hall area. It is decorated with traditional moldavian artifacts. The host speaks good English and is extremely nice and helpful. Very clean.

The owner was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Kitchen was well-equipped.

“stylish apartment near the centre”

Helpful and flexible host, the communication was really fast and effective with him. We had some problems with the flight there, but we could settle our arrival easily even at night. The location of the house is very good, a quiet neighbourhood but very near to the centre and a supermarket, too. The closeness of the main bus station was also important for us, it is just 10 minutes on foot. The public transport was great to any parts of the city. We loved the old style of the furnishing in the rooms and we found very useful brochures all around. It is also great that you have time to check out even in the evening, however, I think it depends on the fact if there are any guests after you. Anyway, it was really helpful for us that we could use the whole day for sightseeing on the last day of our visit.

QUIET LOCATION WITH EASY ACCESS TO MAIN ROAD INTO CENTRE. SUPERMARKET AT END OF ROAD. PROPERTY HAD EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR THE STAY. HOSTS WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, BUT LEFT YOU ALONE TO ENJOY YOU STAY.

“Basic accommodation just outside the city centre”

The owners are very friendly and always available. The location is around 15 min walk to the main square, although it feels it's already in the outskirts, I found it very quiet and safe.
