Had a nice time staying at this property. First of all, staff was very friendly and helpful, for any questions they were willing to help. Second of all the rooms were nice and clean, housekeeping did an amazing job. Overall it was a place worth to stay.

“Amazing”
What did we like? Eveything from the moment we arrived until the morning we left. Caring team (forgive us for not knowing your names), supported by them at all time, very comfortable accommodation, breakfast was good and the company of Roberta the dog and Bartsy (sure it is wrongly spelt) the cat. All being well you will see us again until then, a huge thank YOU!

“My stay at Plai Hotel during a business trip was pleasant and comfortable.”
My apartment was comfortable, spacious, and elegant, with windows looking out onto the Проспект Молодежи. It was also temperature-controlled. The breakfast was delicious, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, and there are many grocery stores and a fresh food ларек nearby. The hotel is owned by a very kind family who helped me get oriented in Chisinau when I arrived; they told me how to use taxis, how to get to various places, what cafes and salons I could use, etc. Despite the fact that breakfast only opened at 8:00 am, they regularly made me a coffee before work at roughly 7:50 every morning. I also appreciated (esp. as a solo woman traveler) how personable and sympathetic everyone in the family was to me. The hotel is also ideally situated, right on the Strada Romana tram stop with access to a number of trams that come roughly every 3-5 minutes; I found it extremely convenient when hurrying out in the morning to jump straight out of the hotel into a tram. This hotel was ideal for my business trip.
