Decent location, maybe 10 min walk from station. Cosy downstairs area with a scratchy cat. Beds are fairly comfy and have curtains. Owners are kind and helpful. 30% off bike rental for staying here.

Nice people, comfortable dorm room and common area too! Good location in Chishang for walking and/or cycling. They also offer a discount at a local bike shop for rentals which is very affordable Bonus cute cat hanging around the common area :)

“A really nice stay”

I had the best stay possible in a really nice hostel in a very nice city. The owner was really nice and helpful. I really recommend taking a bike with the company affiliated, it is way cheaper than any other in town.

The owner couple is very friendly and the atmosphere of the hostel is very warm. Guests can relax in the living room with a big screen and a cute cat.

Host was very nice and helpful. And the cat was lovely.

It's very clean and cosy, the hosts were very nice. I read a review mentioning that the shared toilets couldn't be locked but they could be locked during my stay.

“Good place to stay to explore the area”

Hostel is located about 10min from Chishang Station. It is run by a young couple. They are very nice and help you out if you have questions about what to do. Water, tea and coffee is provided. Towels and ear plugs can be purchased. There is a locker in the room, which, however, is relatively small. The hostel is nicely designed and you can see that they really put a lot of thought in how to arrange and decorate everything. It’s is conveniently located to rent a scooter and explore the area and surrounding mountains or rent a bike and explore the fields etc. surrounding Chishang.

Loved this town. Loved this hostel. Owners fabulous. Really clean. Showers great. Lovely Towel upon request. Dorm size is great. Very quiet. Walking distance to the fabulous Dupo Pond area and 12 min walk from station. Some great places to eat.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us information on where to rent your bikes and also great food recommendations! Also, I forgot something at the hostel and they shipped it to me without a problem. They are amazing!

Absolutely love this hostel! One of my favourites in Taiwan so far. - The room is spacious (unlike many other hostels where it’s so cramped and barely any space for things), this one has so much space in between the beds. - The hostel is exceptionally clean. - There’s a cosy area with sofas downstairs to chill and can watch movie on projector. - A little kitchen area can make free tea and coffee. - the staff who work here are so kind and friendly and helpful, and they have a cute cat!! Overall love it here, feels more homey than a hostel.

Kind staff, booked an e-scooter through them, which was well arranged, very close to the night market and two beaches!

The staff were great, the hostel was amazing, really enjoyed my time here.

Perfect stay

“Guess I was just unlucky.”

It was close to a 7-11 where i could buy my breakfast. There was a cute cat. The communual area had a nice feel to it and there were tables where you could eat, drink tea or do research on your laptop. I came to cycle around the paddy fields and see the memorial garden and I really enjoyed that experience. Chishang is a nice town. I enjoyed dinner at a nearby Vietnames restaurant. I walked the length of it several times by the time I walked back to the station to hire a bike, return the bike and do my laundry at a coin operated laundrette near near the station.
