Lovely little hotel stayed a few times now. The manager is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with comfy beds and a good air con. Great breakfast at a good price, kids loved the hotcakes Nothing negative to say I love this place find it calm and serene. Will be back.

We wanted to stay somewhere which was within east reach of the ferry port at Chiquilá so that we could get an early morning ferry across to Isla Holbox . This place did the trick . We left our rented car here when we went to Holbox and then stayed overnight in Holbox returning the following day . The staff were very kind and breakfast is available ( at additional cost ) . Facilities are quite basic although the pool was clean and well tended . If you are a light sleeper you may need to bring earplugs as the cockerels were crowing throughout the night ! Beds very comfortable and the room was excellent value for money .

Breakfast is great! Lovely staff and pool is clean. Room is clean, we enjoyed our night before the ferry to Holbox. Perfect choice if you can't catch it on time or want to stay in Chiquila.

“Not expensive but not a good value for money”
It is not what I like, I'm going to write what you can expect: safe accommodations with a comfortable bed and access to the toilet and shower. You also get a breakfast of eggs, 2 pieces of pan cake with chocolate or syrup, 3 pieces of pineapple, 4 pieces of melon, 5 slices of banana and a cup of coffee (not good coffee).

Great place for a one night stop before catching the ferry to Chiquila. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of warm water and excellent shower. Breakfast included too.

Perfect for a late night stay before getting the ferry to Holbox in the morning. Rooms are clean, and the owner gave me a lift to the ferry port - which although is close, saves lugging cases!
