The bedroom was very comfortable, with a very large bed, modern bathroom, and small table and a chair. None of the rooms face towards a road which made it very quiet. I enjoyed sitting on the communal terrace.

Great, quiet hotel on the outside of the town which I prefer. I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights while I explored this part of the Loire valley. Nice big clean room, good bed and bathroom and it has a lovely garden with different spaces with to sit in.

It's the perfect basic hotel at the right price, with nice gardens, on the outskirts of Chinon, 3km. Lovely couple, 3 lovely cats and a dog. Top notch rooms with hard flooring (ie. clean) Will be back.

I liked the furniture, the location just outside of Chinon with safe parking lot. The owner is really nice and helpful.

France needs more hotels like this one. It was quiet, had plenty of parking, a comfortable bed and the information book was in both French and English. English was spoken at reception. Our bathroom was small but well designed. It is possible to walk to the nearby supermarket. We were there during some very hot weather. Most places we've been to have nothing to deal with the heat but our room had a small pillar that swung back and forth and cooled the room, which made life much easier.
