I really enjoyed my stay there. The room is great, you will find everything you need. The people working there are also great. He tried his best to explain everything to me. They print out the most important things in english so dont worry, you will understand everything. It was really quiet so you were able to relax and enjoy it. If you have your own car? Even better. You wont have any problems.

The room was big, with too large beds that were extremely comfortable. The person at checkin was very helpful. The parking is not that large but very practical. There are a lot of onsen around and some tasteful restaurants.

“Great value, comfortable stay along our road trip with a lovely host”
We were welcomed by the friendly host, who was in communication with us prior to our stay. He even offered to reserve a car park space for us. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious; there were so many amenities available to us too. Despite facing/overlooking the main road, the room was very quiet (double glazing) whilst giving us a lovely view over the countryside. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for having us, Horiuchi-san!

“Surely Exceeded my Expectation!!!”
IT IS SO CLEAN!!! The actual owner sits in the counter and waits for your arrival. Such a nice gentlemen and well run family business. What surprised me was that little classic music playing in the hallway, so peaceful and relaxes you after a full day of driving on narrow roads. The bathroom is so clean and tidy, it's spotless! Everyone worries about the ramp going up to the hotel, seriously, it is not that hard, just drive slow.

The staff were very nice! Gave us a bag of free Nagano apples (which were amazing) and also a free ride back to the train station on the morning we left. The room was spacious and clean and nice and quiet. Very welcoming and comfortable stay

Reception host was amazing, he was so kind to drive us to izayaka! Traditional japanese room was perfect, great experience for first time travelers :) Hotel was very, very clean. Taxi from Chino was around 2,5k yen.

“comfortable traditional Japanese overnight stay”
This was our first traditional Japanese tatami mats stay and it was comfortable beyond our expectations. There are plenty of small conveniences spread out in the room such as Japanese folding chairs, kettle, TV and more. We had a good rest and a good sleep.

It’s a very basic accommodation. Suitable for 1 night stay. Most importantly it’s very clean. There’s a massage appliance in the room too.
