It's what was expected. The staff is there to do their job but not much else. They were nice to give us a late checkout.

“Nice hotel and good location”
The room was very clean and renovated. I liked that there wasn't a carpet in the room. Floor was very clean. We could check-in a bit earlier, which was very good for us.

“Very nice place, clean pool, nice facilities”
Super nice place. Clean and the maids came in daily and always took our garbage and replaced towels and such. Pool was very nice as well. Open late, and we had no troubles at all during our stay.

“if one doesn’t need or require sleep or rest, then this is the place.”
Had requested room in back away from people as I was in dire need of sleep and R&R as I recently lost my husband and am an outdoor smoker. Wasn’t expecting vehicles stacking up outside of room to block any kind view, not to mention all the stomping from room above, which also adds a creaking sound in ceiling as if they are going to come through or all the various doors slamming and banging all hours of the night. The front of the hotel didn’t have hardly as many customers as were stacked up on the backside each day. I had left the island a few hours earlier than planned as again awakened super early. Needless to say, returning to the island next year, I will more than likely rent a house. Extremely disappointed.

“Awful Do not stay here!”
It is in good location, that's the only thing it had going for it. This place is a dump. Dirty, smelly, disgusting. Had to keep the air on to help with the smell, and it didn't work so well. The tub had dirt in it. The beds looked slept in. I tried to call the front desk numerous times, to get a wake up call and it was continuous busy. We could never get anyone, the girl at front desk, talks to her friend (she told us this) and you could never get through. Only coffee pods, no sugar, creamer or anything. We tried to leave after first night and she refused to give us a refund for second night. So we were forced to stay.

“Overall it was a nice stay especially for the price.”
The location was great, right in town, we could have walked pretty much anywhere. Nice pool even though we didn’t get a chance to get in. It was quiet, the air conditioner and fan that was on it was powerful. The room was clean, the ice machine worked good. The staff was friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk when I checked out in the morning, he was very helpful.
