Lovely hotel with lots of places to relax in the garden and by the pool. We enjoyed the location for our visit in summer so we could do hikes nearby and take the cable car.

“Fantastic Getaway”

I liked the comfort and the coziness of the yurte I got. I liked the upper pool section (the lower one is not so nice). I liked the food both in the morning and the evening. I liked the freshness of tthe crew who run the place (yes, they are all relatively young). I liked the open atmosphere among the yurtes and that some nocturnal activities were shared acoustically by my neighbours.

The location is great and the scenery is amazing. The courtyard with a swimming pool is cozy and aesthetically appealing. The buildings, furniture and decoration is rustic and a bit worn out, but everything works. Food is good. Sauna is very good, even according to the Finnish standards.

The service is vary poor there were no body speaks English and they don't provide many things they don't prepare the room.in advance since we book in 2 days before and the smell of the rooms was not good as well beds as well.

Young staff a little inhibited to start with - no English: but eventually got some smiles, & they were really helpful. Enjoyed my stay because complex was relatively quiet - off season.

I liked the design of the rooms, and the facilities were nice. All amenities were available, bedsheets, towels, slippers, tv etc. I liked the use of wood and stone int he design of the buildings and all the hammocks around and small play area for kids.

Chimgan has pretty amazing mountains. Take the telecabin from Amirsoy to the top for stunning views over the whole valley.

“Nice accomodation, but inexperienced staff in”

(Our review is based on situation in May - low season - there were hardly any guests) We stayed in one of the wooden cabins and had a great view on the mountains. The room was spacious, cosy and clean.
