My son was to stay, with a late arrival, after 11pm. Because he did not have a credit card with him they did not allow him to check in even though the room was fully paid. 11pm at night!!! What is he supposed to do at that time of night??? I am being told by the hotel they consider it a "no show" and will not refund me much less make up for the huge inconvenience this caused. This is unacceptable on so many levels. Booking.com had my credit card on file so there was no reason to refuse to check in my son. I am extremely unhappy with what happened and will not let this drop without, at a minimum, a refund of the cost of the room! Peter Kirk.

“Did the job”
Good location, good pubs, restaurants, everything you need is a short walk. Cheapest in Chilliwack that night, comfortable bed.
